At 1208 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near St. James, or
23 miles northeast of Windom, moving east at 20 mph.
Dime size hail is possible with this storm.
Atmospheric conditions are favorable for the development of funnel
clouds.

St. James, Madelia, Lewisville, La Salle, Sveadahl, Grogan, St James
Airport and Echols.
Funnel clouds from this shower/thunderstorm could briefly touch down
