FOR SOUTHWESTERN BARRON AND SOUTHEASTERN POLK COUNTIES...
At 927 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Glenwood City,
or 20 miles northwest of Menomonie, moving southeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Barron and southeastern Polk Counties, including the
following locations... Hillsdale, East Farmington, Reeve, Deronda,
Osceola Airport, Arland, Nye, Wanderoos and Joel.
