At 314 PM CDT, the strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest of Wade, or 12 miles south of Lucedale, moving south at 20 mph. Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible with this storm. This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central George County. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm.
