The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a * Flash Flood Watch for Portions of Alabama, including the following areas, Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Baldwin Inland, Butler, Choctaw, Clarke, Conecuh, Covington, Crenshaw, Escambia, Mobile Central, Mobile Coastal, Mobile Inland, Monroe, Washington and Wilcox. Portions of northwest Florida, including the following areas, Escambia Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa Coastal, Okaloosa Inland, Santa Rosa Coastal and Santa Rosa Inland. Portions of southeast Mississippi, including the following areas, George, Greene, Perry, Stone and Wayne. * From Friday afternoon through late Saturday night. * Heavy rainfall associated with the developing tropical system currently located in the southern Gulf will begin along the coastal counties of Alabama, Western Florida Panhandle and inland southeast Mississippi Friday afternoon.
