The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Escambia County in northwestern Florida...

* Until 700 AM CDT.

* At 103 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a band of slow moving 
  showers and thunderstorms producing very heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Around 2 inches of rain have quickly fallen over 
  areas that remain saturated from torrential rainfall that fell 
  earlier Monday morning. Additional heavy rain producing storms 
  will also move from the Gulf into the warned area. Flash flooding 
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Warrington, Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Beach Haven, Villa 
  Sabine, Pleasant Grove, Quinavista, Seaglades, Chanticleer, Garcon 
  Point and Perdido Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
