heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are
likely in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHWESTERN OKALOOSA AND SOUTHEASTERN SANTA ROSA
COUNTIES...
At 1019 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate
that between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen across portions of
Santa Rosa and Okaloosa Counties, especially along and near the
Highway 98 corridor and Highway 87. Santa Rosa County Emergency
Management has reported flooding in the Navarre area and additional
flooding is likely in the warned area.
