* Until 945 AM CDT.
* At 349 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated bands of showers and
thunderstorms producing torrential rainfall spreading across the
warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen and
additional bands of torrential rainfall will continue to train
over the warned area over the next few hours. Additional rainfall
amounts of 3 to 5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
