Warning for the following rivers in Mississippi...

  Tombigbee River near Fulton

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

  afternoon. It will then fall to 15.1 feet and begin rising again 
  early Saturday morning. It will rise to 15.7 feet early Sunday 
  morning. It will then fall again but remain above flood stage.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Water is covering a portion of Airbase Road 
  located on the west bank of the river. Low-lying farm land is 
  flooded.

* At 1:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise to 23.2 feet just after midnight 
  tonight. It will then fall to 18.9 feet and begin rising again 
  early Sunday morning. It will rise to 19.0 feet Sunday morning. It 
  will then fall again but remain above flood stage.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet, Bigbee Road just west of the river will 
  flood. Access to several homes will be restricted. Large area of 
  farm land will flood west of the river.
