* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Monday 
  afternoon to a crest of 15.9 feet early Tuesday morning. It will 
  then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Water is flowing over portions of Hood Road 
  and extensive agricultural flooding is occurring.
