* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this morning to a crest of 26.5 feet this afternoon. It will then
fall below flood stage late this evening.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet, County Highway 47 near Mud Creek and Mill
Creek has 6 to 12 inches of water over it. Several thousand acres
of crop land are flooded.
