* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northwestern DeSoto County in northwestern Mississippi...
Southern Shelby County in western Tennessee...
* Until 1100 PM CDT.
* At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Around 1 inch of rain has
fallen in less than an hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Bartlett, Southaven, Germantown, Olive Branch, Horn Lake,
Hernando, T O Fuller State Park, Memphis, Walls, Whitehaven,
Southwest Memphis, Midtown Memphis, Downtown Memphis, Lynchburg,
Southeast Memphis, Frayser, Lake Cormorant, Plum Point, Parkway
Village and Capleville.
