  Northeastern Lea County in southeastern New Mexico...

* Until 600 PM MDT.

* At 508 PM MDT, a tornado was reported approximately 5 miles west 
  of Crossroads, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Public reported tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Lea County.
