  West central Brewster County in southwestern Texas...

* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 534 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 18 miles southwest
  of Marathon, or 22 miles southeast of Alpine, moving southeast at
  10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Elephant Mountain and Elephant Mountain Wildlife Management Area.

At 547 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 22 miles southwest
of Marathon, or 25 miles south of Alpine, moving southeast at 5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
