  Southwestern Martin County in western Texas...
  Northwestern Midland County in western Texas...

* Until 200 AM CDT.

* At 1050 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Midland, Odessa, Midland International Air and Space Port, Midland 
  Airpark, Cotton Flat, Warfield, Courtney and Tarzan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT EARLY THIS 
MORNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN ANDREWS, SOUTHWESTERN MARTIN AND 
NORTHWESTERN MIDLAND COUNTIES...

At 1232 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms moved east of 
the warned area. However estimates are between 0.5 and 1.25 inches 
of rain have fallen.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.
