* At 430 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near McGehee, or near Dermott, moving northeast at 45
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Storm spotters have reported a 
           persistent rotating wall cloud with this storm.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

miles northeast of Dermott, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado. This tornado is headed 
         directly into the city of McGehee...if you are in or near 
         this town, take cover immediately!

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without

         likely.

At 447 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Lucca Landing, or near Rohwer, moving northeast at
45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Storm spotters reported a brief 
         tornado near Mcgehee, but currently there are no reports of 
         an ongoing tornado. Radar continues to show some rotation 
         associated with this storm.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

was located near Kelso, or 7 miles east of Rohwer, moving northeast
at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
central Desha County.
