  Northern Desha County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Drew County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Southeastern Lincoln County in southeastern Arkansas...
  South central Arkansas County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 600 AM CDT.
    
* At 521 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles west of Winchester, or 10 miles southwest of
  Dumas, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
