* At 1005 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain 
  has fallen. Already saturated soils will contribute to increased 
  runoff and it may not take much rainfall to cause flash flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

FOR BRADLEY, SOUTHEASTERN CLEVELAND, DREW AND CALHOUN COUNTIES...

At 1119 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. One to one and a half inches of 
rain has fallen. Already saturated soils will contribute to 
increased runoff and it may not take much more rainfall to cause 
flash flooding.
