The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out 
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for central
Maryland.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY...
    
At 210 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Londontowne, or near Mayo, moving northeast at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown, flying 
         debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. 
         Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur. Mobile 
         homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is likely.

Locations impacted include...
Annapolis, Mayo, Naval Academy, Severn River, South River, Severna
Park, Arnold, Parole, Londontowne, Edgewater, Riva, Herald Harbor,
Crownsville, Highland Beach, Hillsmere Shores, Sherwood Forest,
Davidsonville, Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, Eastport and Bay Ridge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.

At 214 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Londowntowne, or 
over Annapolis, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown, flying 
         debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. 
         Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur. Mobile 
         homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is likely.

This tornado will be near...
  Parole at 215 PM EDT.
  Severn River around 220 PM EDT.
  Arnold around 230 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Sherwood Forest, Riva, Edgewater, Navy-Marine Corps Stadium,
Eastport, Edgewater Beach, Crownsville and Herald Harbor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not take shelter under highway overpasses. If you
cannot safely drive away from the tornado, as a last resort, either
park your vehicle and stay put, or abandon your vehicle and lie down
in a low lying area and protect yourself from flying debris.
