NELSON AND SOUTHEASTERN AUGUSTA COUNTIES AND THE CITY OF WAYNESBORO
HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD WARNING...
The heavy rain has ended, so the threat of rapidly rising waters has
ended. A Flood Warning is now in effect as area streams continue to
gradually rise.
A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Thursday for
portions of Virginia and eastern West Virginia.
