  Western Hockley County in northwestern Texas...
  Southwestern Lamb County in northwestern Texas...
  Northwestern Terry County in northwestern Texas...
  Northern Yoakum County in northwestern Texas...

* Until 1145 PM CDT.

* At 940 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing very heavy rain across the warned area. 
  Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
  amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, and streets as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

EVENING FOR SOUTHERN BAILEY, COCHRAN, WESTERN HOCKLEY, SOUTHWESTERN 
LAMB, NORTHWESTERN TERRY AND NORTHERN YOAKUM COUNTIES...

At 1018 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing very heavy rain across the warned area. 
Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen, especially in Cochran 
County to the west of Morton and Lehman and near Maple in southern 
Bailey County. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
to begin shortly.
