deaths occur in vehicles.

  after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.8 feet tomorrow evening. 
  It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, Dutch Creek Road south of Byrnesville and 
  Byrnesville Road near John McKeever Road north of Byrnesville 
  begin to flood.
