  mph expected. Strongest between Gaviota and Refugio with
  isolated gusts to 65 mph. Strongest in the evening to around
  Midnight.

* WHERE...Santa Barbara County South Coast and Santa Barbara 
  County Mountains.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 6 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down large objects such as
  trees and power lines. Power outages are expected. Travel will
  be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. This 
  includes Highways 101, 154 and 192...as well as the Gaviota and 
  San Marcos Passes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northerly winds will peak above the hills
  of Montecito late this evening into early Wednesday morning with
  highest winds expected to be around 50 mph.
