  was located near Saunemin, or 10 miles south of Dwight, moving
  northeast at 35 mph.

At 409 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles north of Cullom, or 9 miles west of Herscher,
moving northeast at 25 mph.

tornado were located near Emington and near Buckingham, moving 
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However heavy rain
is still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for central,
northeastern and east central Illinois.

Remember, a Tornado Warning still remains in effect for east-
central Livingston County until 515 PM CDT.
