  Northwestern Livingston County in central Illinois...

* Until 1145 AM CDT.
    
* At 1127 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing a tornado
  were located along a line extending from near Cornell to near
  Flanagan, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
