* At 11:00 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 26.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this afternoon to a crest of 28.7 feet just after midnight
tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, Water enters city park under US 31W bridge.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 28.7
feet on 07/08/1967.
