* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this evening to a crest of 20.1 feet late tonight. It will then
fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Water enter yards of homes downstream of
water plant. Parts of the Garrard Park flood.
