* At 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  evening to a crest of 28.1 feet this evening. It will then fall 
  below flood stage this evening.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, Water enters city park under US 31W bridge.
