* At 728 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. Another 0.5 inch to 2 inches are possible. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by storms.
