* At 245 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

At 344 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain in southeast portions of Baton Rouge. Between 1 and 3.5 inches 
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch 
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 456 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain in southeast portions of Baton Rouge. Between 1 and 3.5 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 
  1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
  occurring.

Currently there is no rain in the warning but additional storms are 
moving towards the warned area so we will extend the warning till 
630 pm to capture these storms.
