* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West Central East Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  East Central West Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 845 PM CDT.

* At 710 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 3 to 4 inches in 1 
  hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

At 836 PM CDT, Local fire and rescue reported flash flooding across 
the warned area just after 7 PM CDT. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain 
have fallen. Flash flooding was already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.
