* At 928 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area in addition to then 7 and 13
inches of rain have already fallen flash flooding is expected.
Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
