* WHAT...Minor saltwater flooding expected.

* WHERE...Upper Florida Keys.

* WHEN...From early morning Saturday through early Saturday
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Minor saltwater flooding of low elevation streets 
  and lots is likely. Some storm drains will overflow, and some 
  seawalls and docks will be overtopped. Boaters can expect less 
  clearance under fixed bridges. Motorists should remember that 
  persistent puddles around the times of high tide are almost 
  certain to contain a mix of saltwater.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fresh to strong west winds tonight through
  early Saturday will cause water levels to rise overnight and
  Saturday in eastern Florida Bay. Neighborhoods along the Florida
  Bay, Buttonwood Sound and Blackwater Sound side of the Overseas
  Highway from Tavernier through Key Largo may be most impacted 
  by minor saltwater flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive through flooded roadways.

  persistent puddles around the times of high tide are almost 
  certain to contain a mix of saltwater.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong west breezes over the past day have
  increased water levels across the Bayside communities of the
  Upper Keys. A reliable public partner has sent photos of minor
  coastal flooding. Some of the worst sections have around 8
  inches of salt water covering the roads. Water levels and winds
  will decreased this evening.
