...An area of strong thunderstorms will impact portions of the 
interior and hills of southern and northern Puerto Rico through 215 
PM AST...

At 119 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Utuado and Lares, moving west at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and frequent lightning.
