...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of the San Juan 
Metropolitan Area through 100 PM AST...

At 1210 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 
from Carolina to Bayamon, moving west at 5-10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
San Juan, Trujillo Alto, Carolina, Guaynabo, and Bayamon.
