* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South central Martin County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Northeastern Floyd County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Northwestern Pike County in southeastern Kentucky...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 351 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ivel, or 7
  miles southeast of Prestonsburg, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Allen, Meta, Gulnare, Bammer, Justell, Heenan, McCombs, Piso, Allen
  City, Dwale, Laura and Alvin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this
