  Southeastern Johnson County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Northwestern Martin County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Northeastern Floyd County in southeastern Kentucky...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 639 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Inez, Davisport, Tomahawk, Pevier, 
  Delong, Davella, Stidham, Debord, Wells, Wells Chapel, Milo, Boons 
  Camp, Add, Preece, Whitehouse, Bradbury, Odds and Williamsport.

Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the 
warned area.
