  heavy rain across the warned area. More than three inches of rain 
  have already fallen in portions of the warning area. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

At 1204 PM EDT weather radar indicated rain, heavy at times, 
continuing to affect the warned area. Radar indicates that more than 
four inches of rain have fallen in some locations today. The heavy 
rain is expected to result in flash flooding.
