Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Forecast includes rainfall on the ground and 24 hours of additional
rainfall.

* From this evening to late Thursday night.
* At 6:30 PM CST Sunday the stage was 23.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow
afternoon to 22.1 feet and then begin rising early Tuesday
afternoon. It will then rise above flood stage late Wednesday
morning to 23.4 feet early Thursday morning. It will fall below
flood stage again Thursday evening.
* Impact...At 23.5 feet, Flood water is covering the gravel road
south of West Point that leads to the Tibbee Creek bridge near
Tibbee.
