* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening to
14.0 feet by tomorrow morning. It will then fall to 13.0 feet and
begin rising again early Sunday morning. It will rise and crest at
17.0 feet on Monday morning.
* Impact...At 16.5 feet, Water begins to affect building on the
right bank just downstream near Highway 15. Several other
buildings further downstream are affected as well.
