  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by convective rain bands from
           Tropical Depression Ida.

  SOURCE...Public reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
