have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

producing flash flooding.

thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Rosedale to Shelby. Between 6
and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
