245 AM EDT...

At 217 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Albion, or 9 miles north of Tri-lakes, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
