North Liberty, or 11 miles northwest of Plymouth, moving northeast at
60 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. At 623 PM EDT a 75 mph wind gust was 
         reported just west of Knox. 

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile 
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
