Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...Ohio...

  Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties.

  Eel River at North Manchester affecting Miami, Wabash, Whitley, 
  Kosciusko and Cass Counties.

  Ottawa River near Kalida affecting Putnam County.

  Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Allen, Paulding and 
  Putnam Counties.

  Maumee River at Fort Wayne affecting Allen and Paulding Counties.

  Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Allen, Van Wert and 
  Adams Counties.

  Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting 
  Allen County.

  Spy Run Creek at Spy Run affecting Allen County.

.Minor flooding due to recent moderate to heavy rains is expected 
across the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* At 9:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  afternoon to a crest of 11.3 feet late this afternoon. It will 
  then fall below flood stage this evening.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, Franke Park Drive along the creek floods as 
  drainage systems backfill. Low profile vehicles become stranded in 
  parking lots by the playground and near the roundabout at the 
  entrance to Franke Park.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just 
  after midnight tonight to a crest of 19.8 feet just after midnight 
  tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Water begins to cover State Route 115 near 
  the south village limits of Kalida, and the road is closed.

  again early Tuesday afternoon and continue to rise to 12.7 feet

* Impact...At 19.5 feet, Flooding expands into more farm land in the 
  Decatur area. Flood waters approach Piqua Road...Ohio State Route 
  49 and Indiana 101 just north of Pleasant Mills. Flood water 
  begins to cross Ohio highway 49 north of Willshire, Ohio.
