  evening to a crest of 10.6 feet tomorrow morning. It will then 
  fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet, River Road at Bluffton begins to flood. 
  Flood waters isolate the amphitheater at Kehoe Park in Bluffton.

* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  morning to a crest of 15.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It 
  will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins along the Auglaize 
  River with secondary roads and agricultural lands as well as homes 
  nearest the river being affected by flood waters. Some evacuations 
  of people and property may be necessary.
