* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
afternoon to a crest of 14.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It
will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding can be expected.
Secondary roads are blocked and the transfer of property to higher
ground is necessary.
