FOR NORTHWESTERN CHRISTIAN AND NORTHEASTERN SANGAMON COUNTIES...

At 908 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mechanicsburg,
or 12 miles east of Springfield, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to 
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Christian and northeastern Sangamon Counties, including
the following locations... Dawson, Roby, Berry, Clear Lake, Southern
View, Grandview and Buffalo.
