  Northern Edgar County in east central Illinois...
  Vermilion County in east central Illinois...
  Southeastern Champaign County in east central Illinois...
  Northeastern Douglas County in east central Illinois...

* Until 630 AM CDT.

* At 328 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Danville, Tuscola, St. Joseph, Georgetown, Westville, Tilton, Villa
  Grove, Catlin, Oakwood, Chrisman, Sidney, Homer, Ridge Farm,
  Newman, Ogden, Fairmount, Sidell, Fithian, Camargo and Belgium.
