* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage 
  tomorrow morning to a crest of 19.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. 
  It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Flooding begins to a secondary road on the 
  east bank near the bridge north of town.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, County Highway 9 floods between Ste. Marie 
  and Willow Hill.
* Impact...At 21.0 feet, Water overtops a few private levees in the 
  Ste. Marie area.

  morning to 31.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall to 31.3 
  feet and begin rising again early Sunday morning. It will rise to

  stage early Tuesday morning.

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil 
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. River levels are 
expected to continue falling.

Although river stage levels at Ste. Marie will continue to rise they 
will crest below flood stage and quickly begin to subside.   This will
be the last statement for this flooding event.
