  Southeastern McLean County in central Illinois...

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 701 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen in the 
  past 2 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Le Roy, Heyworth, Downs, Saybrook, Arrowsmith, Ellsworth and 
  Moraine View State Park.

Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned 
area.
